This Content Policy governs what you may create, upload, and share using Buckshot Studios. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service. We may update it as our tools and the law evolve.
Prohibited content
You may not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:
- Is illegal, or facilitates illegal activity, under applicable law.
- Sexualizes minors in any way, or depicts child sexual abuse material — a zero-tolerance rule reported to authorities.
- Infringes others’ intellectual property, or impersonates a real person to deceive (including non-consensual deepfakes).
- Is non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual content involving real, identifiable individuals without their consent.
- Promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hatred against people based on protected characteristics.
- Is intended to defraud, scam, or spread deliberate disinformation.
- Contains malware, or is designed to compromise systems or other users.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure you hold the rights to any reference media you upload.
- Clearly disclose AI-generated media where required by law or platform rules when you publish it.
- Comply with the terms of any downstream platform where you distribute Outputs.
Enforcement
We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy, and we may report illegal content to the relevant authorities. Enforcement decisions are made at our discretion and may occur without prior notice where necessary.
