This policy describes refunds and cancellations for purchases made on Buckshot Studios. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
2. Credit packs
One-time credit packs are generally non-refundable once purchased, because credits can be spent immediately on compute-bearing generations. Unused credits may be refundable at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if no significant portion has been consumed.
3. Failed or defective generations
If a generation fails due to a fault on our side, the credits for that job are returned to your balance automatically. If you believe you were charged for a job that did not complete and the credits were not restored, contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, restore the credits.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from your account email with your order details and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay; the time to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.
