These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Buckshot Studios (the “Service”), an AI-assisted creative production platform that generates images, video, audio, and related media. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
2. Credits, plans & billing
The Service runs on credits, sold as subscriptions and one-time packs and billed in Indian Rupees (inclusive of applicable GST) through our payment processor, Razorpay. Generating media consumes credits at the rates shown before you submit a job. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices and credit costs may change prospectively; changes do not affect credits already purchased.
3. Your content & license
You retain ownership of the prompts, reference files, and other inputs you provide (“Inputs”) and, to the extent permitted by law and the underlying model providers, of the media you generate (“Outputs”). You grant us a limited license to process your Inputs and Outputs to operate, secure, and improve the Service, including transmitting them to the third-party model providers listed in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any Inputs you upload.
4. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service is subject to our Content Policy. You may not use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, to abuse or overload the infrastructure, to circumvent rate limits or credit metering, or to reverse engineer the Service.
5. AI-generated output
Outputs are produced by machine-learning models and may be inaccurate, may resemble existing works, and are provided “as is.” You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before relying on or publishing them. Rights in AI-generated material vary by jurisdiction; we make no warranty regarding the copyrightability or exclusivity of any Output.
6. Third-party services
The Service depends on third-party model and infrastructure providers. Their availability, changes, or outages may affect the Service. We are not liable for third-party acts or omissions.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or the Content Policy, suspected fraud or abuse, or to comply with law. You may stop using the Service at any time; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for billing effects.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date and, where required, notified to you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
